During the football season one of the highlights is attending the game each week. And this week we had the 1st game of the season, which is always very exciting to see the new team in action. On Thursday, September 2nd Malone traveled to Tiffin University. The final score was 21-31. Tiffin was the victor. Though the Pioneers lost there were some bright spots and positive momentum as the team improved throughout the game.
Sorry there will be no play-by-play of the games this year. After Sawyer's 1st football game I have determined that I will not be able to actually watch a football game for at least the next 18 years. Entertaining children and paying attention to a football game do not mix. So, pictures of the game will have to suffice.

But he's a kid and he wanted to play. I'm pretty sure on football days cleanliness will be thrown out the window.
