Sawyer participated in his 1st Christmas program this holiday season. This fall we joined the
Early Childhood Resource Center. If you live in the area I highly recommend it. It is geared for children from infancy through preschool age and they have all kinds of educational programming. It will be a wonderful place to go this winter to entertain the kids and it only costs $15 for the entire year!
Anyway the drama group wrote this play and the little ones also got to be involved. Sawyer chose to be a monkey. They were pink monkeys I'm really sure why. And his song was 3 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed. He knows the song very well and sings it multiple times a day. In fact behind the scenes the day of the program he was shouting it at the top of this lungs but once the production started he just stared blankly and would not sing a word.
He is still pretty young so hopefully it was a good introduction into performing in front of people. And here is our little monkey!
