Kolter had been talking about his soccer team for months, so when the day finally arrived he could not wait! He played on the Orange Crush team in April and May.
He did a great being aggressive and kicking the ball. He also did a fantastic job being a ham...he loved to smile and give a thumbs up the crowd. Several parents from different teams would comment how cute he was.
For a few games he fell down every time he was near the ball...he thought it was funny and wanted to put on a show. We had a little talk with him and he did better (did not fall down on purpose) the rest of the season.

He played in a 3 & 4 year old league and since he had just turned 3 at the end of March he was one of the younger participants. There was a definite gap in height and speed, but he never let that stop him. He was always trying to get that ball!
The first game he scored twice and in subsequent games he almost always scored at least once. To say he had a blast would be an understatement!
He was also pretty excited about the donuts and trophy after the last game!
