Nora chose gymnastics as her winter activity. She loved going to the gym each week! She learned a lot and improved enough to be promoted to the next class (probably won't be back until next winter :(
Here's a look at her skills:

Joy
I don't know if it's because I'm getting older or because she is the 4th (and final) child, but this girl brings me (really everyone she encounters) so much joy!
She is the child we didn't know we wanted, but who we desperately needed.
She is the calm in our storm (because having 4 kids and renovating a house feels like a storm at times).
Her siblings are her adoring fan club and they literally cannot get enough of her.
We are all cherishing and savoring the babyness of our baby.
And those arm rolls slay me!
It's exhausting always being the center to attention ;)

Retirement Rewind
In May I traveled with 2 kiddos to CO for Papa's retirement celebration! We had a fun time celebrating Papa's accomplishments and visiting lots of family!
Evy with Nana and Tache
Cousin Maren did a great job taking care of Evy at all the events!
Aunt Christina and her 3 boys made a big surprise when they traveled from OH to CO for the weekend. Kolter loved having his cousins to play with.
Between all the parties we made some time for park play. Evy was not so sure about the hat.
We went to the bank open house, had a night of just adults at the Broadmoor, a family barbecue and a little Mother's Day celebration. Kolter loved playing with the balloons we got Nana. It was a quick trip, but it was packed full of fun and family!

Mother's Day 2017
For all the Mother's in our life this we created this fun piece of art using the kids hands as flowers. I took a picture of the original and printed pictures for each mom/grandma.
Mother's Day was an extended event this year and all of the celebration made me feel very loved! First up was mornings with Mom at the kids school. I enjoyed donuts before school with all 4 of my kiddos (Kyle was out of town so I took them all ;)
On the actual holiday I was traveling back from a weekend in CO. Since 14 hours in the car with 2 little ones is not my ideal Mother's Day we postponed it until the next week ;)
On Monday, I enjoyed a special Mother's Day Tea in Nora's class. She was so excited to sing the songs and serve me the treats. Such a fun event! See some of their singing below:
The next Friday we did our real celebration and it was complete with gluten-free pancakes, gifts, and a whole day off! I spent most of the day shopping for fun...I didn't buy much, in fact I think the only things I bought were for Kyle and Sawyer, but it was fun to just look around. That evening I took Nora to look for swimsuits and we had a fun girl time. I'm so thankful for my 4 babies and my husband!
